These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website located at www.amandapulley.com and any related pages, forms, content, features, and services made available through the site.
By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Purpose of the Site
This site is provided for general informational, educational, and business purposes. Content on the site is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances.
Use of the site does not create a therapist-client relationship, counselor-client relationship, coach-client relationship, attorney-client relationship, physician-patient relationship, or any other fiduciary or professional relationship unless expressly agreed in a separate signed written agreement.

Program and Services
Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting provides professional services for Brainspotting practitioners and individuals seeking care. Services include specialty training and education for Brainspotting practitioners, individual and intensive Brainspotting sessions, Brainspotting certification and consultation, and keynote speaking.
By registering for any program or service, you agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in these Terms. If you book a session or service through the site, additional terms may apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed agreement, the separate agreement will control.
Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Results
Amanda Pulley and Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting are not your employer, legal advisor, financial advisor, or business manager. Company has not promised and will not: procure employment or business for you; perform accounting, tax, or investment services; act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis or behavioral therapy outside of the stated service context; act as a publicist; or introduce you to Company's full network of contacts.
A formal ongoing relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of any training or service. If the parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, improvement, recovery, or other benefit from use of the site or from any services described on the site.
Fees and Pricing
Fees for trainings and services offered through Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting vary depending on the content, type, and availability of the offering. Current pricing is displayed on the relevant registration or service page at the time of purchase.
The student rate, where offered, is reserved for individuals actively enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health related field (psychology, social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy) who are not yet licensed to work independently in mental health. Those licensed at the master's level who are working toward a doctorate are not eligible for the student rate. Proof of current student status (such as a transcript, course schedule, or student ID) must be submitted at the time of registration to qualify.
Payment
Full payment for all trainings and services is due at the time of registration by credit card or debit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
By registering for any live training offered by Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
You may transfer your registration to a future Wild Hope training without losing any fees paid, up to three times.
If you prefer a cash refund and cancel more than 18 days prior to the training start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
If you cancel within 18 days of the training start date, you will be refunded your registration fee minus $150 to cover administrative costs and proprietary materials.
If you do not attend the training and have not communicated with the Company prior to the training date, no refund is due. You may be given one opportunity to attend a future date at Company's discretion. You may also send another qualified clinician in your place with advance written notice to the Company.
Refund Policy
All sales are final for any training or resource purchased as an on-demand or recorded product. Live training registrations are eligible for refund only under the cancellation policy described above.

Recording Policy
All live training sessions may be recorded by Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting for educational and distribution purposes. Registered participants will receive access to the training recording following the event. Recording access is available for 30 days from the date the recording is delivered. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or share any training recording in any form.
Continuing Education
Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting has entered into or is in the process of establishing a hosting agreement with CE-Go for the purpose of offering continuing education credits in connection with select trainings. CE Provider may charge a separate fee for CE credits, and you must adhere to CE Provider's policies to receive your certificate. Company is not responsible for the relationship between CE Provider and you. All CE policies can be found on CE Provider's website.
User Submissions
If you submit information through a contact form, intake form, email signup, questionnaire, or similar function, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
By submitting content or materials to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use that information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, operate the site, enforce our policies, and comply with law.
Third-Party Links and Tools
The site may contain links to third-party websites, scheduling platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, videos, or other tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, terms, accuracy, or availability. Your use of third-party sites and tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
Confidentiality
All personal information, experiences, or disclosures shared by participants during training sessions, practicums, group discussions, or chat are confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or make use of any confidential information obtained through participation in any Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting training or program.
This confidentiality extends to all modalities including live sessions, recordings, Q&A, demonstrations, and practicum partnerships.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site and in our training programs, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, slides, handouts, recordings, frameworks, written resources, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print limited portions of the site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Training materials are licensed for your individual professional use, including use with your own clients. You are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, resell, teach from, or use Company materials in any group, agency-wide, organizational, or commercial capacity without express written permission from the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all content, materials, and services made available through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that you are using Company's services at your own risk and that all trainings are educational services only. You release Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, instructors, and staff from any and all damages that may result from participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the site or any services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Participant Responsibility
All trainings are developed for professional educational purposes. You accept full responsibility for how you apply information and skills from any training in your own clinical practice. Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding outcomes resulting from participation.
You are responsible for ensuring you have proper technical equipment to participate in any live virtual training, including a stable internet connection, an updated computer and operating system, an updated browser, and access to Zoom with a working microphone and camera. Failure to ensure these requirements will not result in a refund.
Non-Disparagement
You agree not to engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting, Amanda Pulley, or other training participants. This includes verbal, written, electronic, and social media communications. Company agrees to the same standard in relation to you.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can review our Privacy Policy at www.amandapulley.com/privacypolicy.
Accessibility

Force Majeure
In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of either party, including acts of God, public health emergencies, interruption of technology infrastructure, threats or acts of terrorism, labor disruption, or civil disturbance, makes it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible for Company to perform its obligations, Company's performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform.
Termination
Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the site or your participation in any training or program, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the site in an unlawful or harmful manner, become disruptive to Company or other participants, or failed to follow program guidelines. Termination of training participation is without refund.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
All claims against Company must be submitted within 100 days of the date of the first claim or be forfeited. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be submitted to binding arbitration within 90 days of the initial demand. The written decision of the arbitrator will be binding and conclusive.
Any dispute subject to court jurisdiction shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Modification and Entire Agreement
Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting may modify these Terms at any time. All updates will be posted to this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Hope Brainspotting & Consulting with respect to your use of this website and participation in any programs or services, and supersede all prior discussions or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
